Choose your flavours:

From frozen, steam with boiling water for 30 minutes OR if thawed, steam for 20 minutes.

冷冻后,用沸水蒸 30 分钟;如果解冻,蒸 20 分钟。


To cook, simply remove from box and steam/ bake in foil for about 8 minutes.

烹饪时,只需从盒子中取出并用箔纸蒸/烤约 8 分钟

A blend of fresh Mackerel fish  with home made secret recipe chili which produce juicy otak otah.

将新鲜的鲭鱼与自制秘制辣椒混合,产生多汁的 otak otah。

Ingredients: fish meat (mackerel), coconut milk, chilli paste (dried chilli, lemongrass, galangal, candlenut), onion, garlic, curry powder, tapioca starch, sugar, monosodium glutamate, salt, cooking oil, fish sauce (anchovies, salt, sugar)
